Went for a FREE one last sat...

BMI: 22.1,

Height: 1.6m (short)

Weight: 56.7 (proud to say I lost 2kg, maybe that was cause I was super supe hungry)

Body Fat Analysis: 28.9% (The normal one for a female is 17% to 24%)

Ok so the panic button was hit. I MUST do something about it. SERIOUSLY HAVE TO. If not for the sake of my health, it would be for the sake of my CAREER. I have been granted an interview for Dip in PE.. That means.. NIE here I come (if i pass the interview la ). Miss Jasmine Lim is one step closer to "capture the dream" of being a PE trained TEACHER.

Honestly, I hope I can change my subject speacilisation... ( long long long long story...) Hope NIE complies...
