Check this out:

"We will also make use of this opportunity to find out areas of concerns andhow we cn help you to perform your job more effectively as xxxxs. It is also very important that you feedback through the correct channel. You areemployees of xxxx and if there is any feedback, you should approach us and not through any other channels.
At this juncture, I would like to urge you to think positive and avoid anynegative thoughts that you may have about the job, the school, the companyor any other matters. The best of intentions will be miscontrued if thereare negative thoughts or lack of trust.

Jasmine cant wait for her first pay cheque. Here are the list of items she has been eyeing for the longest time ever...

First on my list is a watch.. I wanted one but have not gotten one cos its was either too expensive or I found it no point cos I dont wear watches. But now that I have to work, I think I have not choice but to get one.. And if I want to get one, I should get a good one.

The next is this lacoste shoe. Have been eyeing it for the longest time too. Been thinking if I should get this of the le Couq Sporte shoes instead. But I already have one "chicken" shoe so now I should get a "crocodile".

Lastly I would like to get an authentic polo tee. Haven't gotten one yet. Haha* So now ppl all know the ones I own are cheap "reals" or given by rich people. Maybe I will go QUeens and get a retro tee instead of a polo tee or I will get nike and get my limited edition designer tee. That one was sooooo NICE..

Well, besides my shopping list, I will add on a few items for other too. I would pass $$ money to my parents, bring my family for dinner, treat my babes and clown and go manja my darling. Haha* looks like my pay is going to be finished within a week.. ":P

I'm back from the weekend "work/training trip". I am a little grateful that I am home, however, I feel very very overwhelmed. This weekend with my new colleauges really put alot of pressure on me. Althought I left feeling all equiped, I felt extremely stressed up. (That story in another blog k)

One thing I decided to take into practice would be this little thing I created to manage my problems/ unhappy situation:

Before doing the 3 steps, you have to psyche yourself first by mentally telling yourself this

"I have 2 choices now, either I get upset or slove this problem. So what do I want to do?"

Not always do I want to solve the problem. Some times I feel like whining first before being proactive. After I have decided to SOLVE the problem use the following steps:
1) Ask yourself why you are upset. (Be Honest here)
2) What are the possible solutions?
3) What can you do about it?

Yes, I know, TALK IS CHEAP. So here is my real life application to it....

1) Why am I upset?

2) What are the possible solutions?

3) What can I do about it?

I am in a situation now where my passion is at conflict with my time and respondsibilities. Screw lessons on weekends. Screw trainings on weekends. Screw my many pre existing commitments. I want to throw it all away to help this child. I really do, it means alot to me ....

Jasmine has not blogged in the longest time ever!

Haha* I thought my readers would get bored of my everyday life, since my everyday life is nothing more than late mornings and kids central. Here are something that have happened:

1) Jasmine is Hired
2) Jasmine is going Johor with a group of total strangers tomorrow
3) Jasmine gave her baby hamsters all away!
4) Jasmine has been working at the student care for the past few days

Well, I am happy I got hired at last. But I am scared. I have so many training to attend. I am afriad I cannot cope with everything. I have a training trip with a big group of strangers tomorrow. I dont know what to expect. Kinda apprehensive about it.

Anyway I am sure I will blog more when I return :P
