Children never fail to amaze me. Some how their innocence always touch the heart of many.........
A little boy about eight years old was staning barefoot on the sidewalk in front of a shoe store, peering through the window and shivering in the cold. A lady approached the boy and siad," My, little fellow, why are you looking so earnestly in that window?"
"I was asking God to give me a pair of shoes," the boy replied.
The lady took him by the hand, went i to the store, and ask the clerk to get half a dozen pair of socks for the boy. She also asked for a basin of water and a towel. He quickly brought them to her.
She the little fella to the back of the store and, removin her gloves, knelt down, wash his little feet, and dried them with a towel. After she put a pair of socks on the boy's feet, she bought him a pair of shoes, ited up the reamining pairs of socks, and gave them to him. She patted him on the head and siad" There, little fellow, do you feel more comfortable now?"
As she turned to go, the astonished lad caught her by the hand and, looking up in her face with tears in his eyes, asked earnestly, "Are you God's wife?"

The first thing that hit me when i entered the hall was the stillness in the air. It was dulled coloured and cold. Although the room was filled to the brim with people, there was still this feeling of lonliness there. Some how, I felt I was all alone. I stood at a corner of the room and looked around trying to register my surroundings. All round me were people of all ages, races and sizes. Some were sobbing, others were just standing there and staring into space as if they did not know what they were doing here. I closed my eyes and tried to forget where I was, than it all happened again.
The chapel was dim and cold. Although the aircon was not on, the air was chilly. At the far end of the room I could hear the chants of the monks. My cousin was standing beside me. She looked as though this was all a big joke. I don't blame her, she was only 7 then. My mother no where near me. She was standing at the first pew. From where I stood I could only see her back, some how I knew mummy was different. The three days of mourning had taken its toll on her. She looked haggard and weak. I wanted so much to run over and hug her and tell her its ok, but before I could do that, the coffin was lifted. Whats going on I thought. I was too afraid to ask, so I just followed. We walked down this dimly lited passage way. To me, it was the longest walk of my life. Suddenly we stopped. I looked up. Where are we now? What are they doing to "ma-ma"? I tried to look but i couldn't, the people around me were too tall. I held on to my younger brother. Then I heard a cry that i would never forget for the rest of my life. "
Don't take away my mother!! Where are you taking her!!" These ten words were the most painful words I had ever and will ever hear in my life. Each time I close my eyes I hear them echoing through my head. The pain, the sorrow... nothing that you can comprehen until it really happens.
I heard that cry again today. It broke my heart, it tore open the wound that was suppose to be healed. Suddenly, the pain that was once hidden all came out again when I heard her cry.
"
Mummy, Mummy. I want my Mummy" NO !! why is this happening again. I felt the anger, the hurt and the sorrow rushing through my viens. I wanted to run over to hug her, I wanted to help but I couldn't....................

LiFe
It came so sudden
It came too soon
At the break of dawn
As the sun shone into my window
I got the news
It was sad but true
Just last night we were talking about it
Just last night we thought it would be fine
Now this morn, it all over
Now this morn, life is different
Life is so unpredictable
It may sound cliche but true
Things come and go when u least expect it
Leaving nothing but memories
As I sat quietly in my room
Thoughts rushed though my head
I did not expect this to happen
Why oh God tell me Why?
She doesn't deserve this
She doesn't need the pain
Give her back her life again
Give her back her strength again
This angel has a broken wing
This angel wouldn't be able to fly
God please heal this broken wing
God please let her fly again.....

Stillness
When the sun shines its beams through my window
When the moon luminates the sky
When the breeze blows gently through the open fields
Thats when she thinks of him
They say each morning brings new hope
They say at that there is a pot golden at every rainbow's end
They often say these things to her
Hoping they could heal her hurt
He left as suddenly as he came
He didn't even say good bye
He took a part of her that day
The day he turned away
She wants her hope again
She wants the joy she once knew
She wants to laugh again,
A laughter that was true
Now its all over,
The stage is empty
The cast have left the place
All alone is she, a girl too broken and in pain
Alone she cries to herself
Knowing that no one would know her pain
But behind the curtains lurk
A dark angel, once a saint
He moves quietly over to her
And touch her with his wings
She felt a sudden rush of blood
She never felt the same
The stage, once quiet, now looked stained
Stained with the blood of a broken soul,
A desperate child in pain
A spirit yet to be tamed
Her body was left there that night
Amongest the darkness of the place
Her souls cries for redemption
But its all in vail

"Shark, shark, shark shark shak..." sigh.. I am super surprise at the things your guys know and can say... "Gay bar Gay bar" <--- wats up with that.. hehe
Shermaine:
Your laugh is super infectious. You are really one hell of a sensible girl. You know what to do and how to do it !! You rox babe.
Racheal:
Although you may be the more sane one of the lot, your crazy side is super fun. You really have a heart for your friends. Pls don't get too affected by the things ard you but use it as a learning experience.
Zarra:
You are definitely the most mature of the lot. You charm people with your bright and cheery character and your out going nature. You definately add the "balance" to the group (if you know what i mean la ) Your friends were super fun too. I really had a great time with them.
Tiffiany:
Whao. You are just WHAO .. Your knowledge of things are WHAO.. Had so much fun with you in the morning and later in the evening. Your ball skills not bad ah. I really appreciate you wanting to go for the soccer. Your out going nature and bubbly character really made a difference to group. :)
To those who were MIA: Where in the world were you? You missed out on alot of FUN !! hahaa
To all of you: Thanks so much for the fun yesterday. I suddenly realise I am not as old as I look. Haha.. You girls are real darlings. I hope you all will come for more games and outings and mingle with the rest of the Frontliners. Love you all lots... And whats up with COW?

Freedom
She's running aimlessly down the hall
Everything is in a blur
She hears voices screaming, calling her name
Everything is in a blur
I want out, I want out,
Her body cries
Help me, would someone help me?
I am tired
My body can't take this any more
My mind has ran out of ideas to do
My faith is a fast drying river
I want out, I want out
Her body cries
Help me, would someone help me?
Deperation, pain ,hurt
What has the cruel world made her into
Where is the joy she once had?
Where is the love she once readily give?
I want out, I want out
Her body cries
Help me, would someone help me?
Is there no God?
Is there no such thing as true love?
Is everything pain?
Is everyone in search of something they would never find?
She is running aimlessly down the hall
Everything is in a blur
She hears voices screaming calling her name
Everything is in a blur............

PuPpIeS fOR sALe
A Storeowner was tacking a sign above his door that read "Puppies forSale." The signs have a way of attracting children. Soon a little boyappeared at the sign and asked, "How much are you going to sell thosepuppies for?" The store owner replied, "Anywhere from $30-$50." Thelittle boy reached into his pocket and pulled out some change. "I have$2.37, can I look at them?"The storeowner smiled and whistled.
Out of the kennel came his dog, namedLady, running down the aisle of his store followed by five littlepuppies. One puppy was lagging considerably behind. Immediately the little boy sawa lagging, limping puppy. He asked, "What's wrong with that little dog?"The man explained that when the puppy was born, the vet said that thispuppy had a bad hip socket and would limp for the rest of his life.
The little boy got really excited and said, "That's the puppy I want to buy!"The man replied: "No, you don't want to buy that little dog. If you reallywant him, I'll give him to you."The little boy got upset. He looked straight into the man's eyes and said"I don't want you to give him to me. He is worth every bit as much as the other dogs and I'll pay the full price. In fact, I will give you $2.37now and 50 cents every month until I have him paid for."
The man countered,"You really don't want to buy this puppy son. He is never going to be able to run, jump and play like other puppies."The little boy reached down and rolled up his pant leg to reveal a badly twisted, crippled left leg supported by a big metal brace. He looked up at the man and said, "Well, I don't run so well myself and the little puppy will need someone who understands."
The man was now biting his bottom lip. Tears welled up in his eyes, he smiled and said, "Son, I hope and pray that each and every one of these puppies will have an owner such as you."
IN LIFE, IT DOESN'T MATTER WHO YOU ARE, BUT WHETHER SOMEONE APPRECIATESYOU FOR WHAT YOU ARE, ACCEPTS YOU AND LOVES YOU UNCONDITIONALLY.A TRUE LOVE IS ONE WHO WALKS IN WHEN THE REST OF THE WORLD WALKS AWAY.N NOT... WALKING AWAY... WHEN THE THE CRUEL WORLD COME TO U...

The Last Show
She met him in the hall. Her music caught his attention. Their eyes met.
To him it was fate. To her it was chance.
They met up again the following day and sparks flew.
To him it was fate. To her it was chance.
They fell in love, too serious too soon
He believed it was fate, she was starting to believe it too.
And so it was 2 people, so different in their beliefs and character, met one day and fell in love.
Was it fate playing a cruel trick on them, or was it God's way of saying that he was there.
It went on for about half a year.
2 happy people. Or at least she thought they were.
A perfect couple. A perfect life.
Than it all shatter one day, when she thought she had enough
She didn't believe in fate any more nor could she belief in him
It end as fast as it started.
Both unaware of the pain that was caused.
A love that seem so perfect but so wrong
Once a happy couple now 2 worlds torn apart
Once she would do anything for him
Now she would do anything to forget him
The pain is still fresh the words still cutting
"Fate has brought us together just like how its gonna tear us apart"
She still misses him and his jokes
She still misses the times
But she knows its never to be
Cos she not who she was any more
Its been 6 months since she saw him
6 months since the last goodbye
Its his b'day today
I'm hurting inside and i don't know y
This boy has to go.. my past has to leave
By i still miss him.. and no one will ever take his place...
I'll still remember the things you said
I'll still remeber the way you laughed
Every night before I sleep,
I still pray that He'll guide you
And keep you safe from harm
Although I know you may never see this
Or even pass my way
I'll never forget the time we spent together
never ever will....

Reflections
Like a phatom running from the light
Like a vampire only appearing at night
She is a fugitve from her life
A fugitive of her past, present and future
She wants to show the world who she is
She wants the world to understand
But would they, can they?
The world don't accept difference
Why am I so different
Why am I not the same
I look like you, I bleed like you do
Tell me now, what makes me so different
She's now alone walking down the road
People look, people stare
Why, why me she cries..
Why am I so different?
Who is that girl in the mirror
The one looking back at me
It that a face of a monster?
NO its not.. but then why do they treat me like a monster?
Why am I so different
Why am I not the same
I look like you, I bleed like you do
Tell me now, what makes me so different
I am like u.. I want to be like you
I want to feel like you
Look at me who do u see..
A freak or just a plain girl who needs love
Tell me who am I ..
Tell me who r U ?
